Dart SDK (not official)- preliminary version available on github

Hi all,
wanted to share with you preliminary Dart SDK.

alvistar/dart_algorand

The algod interface has been mainly imported via OpenAPI and then patched to make it work.

Key generations/ mnemonic/ etc are mainly ported from Python API SDK and tried to be as similar as possible.

Not all APIs has been ported and glad if somebody want to take over the project.
