Is possible to locate a transaction using the Docker sandbox? Or i need to run a node?

By default the sandbox node has a memory of 1000 transactions (as do all nodes configured normally). It is possible to alter the config of the sandbox to make it archival and indexed and then blow away the ledger so it resyncs from 0 and has the full ledger and index. That can take days however. There are APIs and block explorers available for Algorand to shortcut that process - https://developer.algorand.org/docs/community/ has a list.
