Marketing Budget

How is the marketing budget spent? Algorand goes on a spending spree with events such as Times Square, Envision, Woman Soccer, SailGP etc. but what’s the actual adoption rates for these sponsorships and events?

Governance has around 35k governors (many of them are from the same user with multiple wallets), how many of them really came from the above marketing campaign? All the above cost millions and we would be lucky if we onboarding Algorand users at less a few hundred dollars per person.

Does anyone actually know how efficient and effective funds are being spent by the Foundation? The “structural selling” is killing the $algo price and judging by the marketing campaign it might be in everyone’s interest to not have marketing at all.
