Missing accounts on Algorand Wallet from Ledger Nano X

This is on the latest version Android Algorand Wallet 4.10.3

Update: I’ve just tested the Algorand Wallet on an IOS device and the result is the same

  1. I have 3 algorand wallets on my nano x & ledger live reflects this.
  2. I tested on a separate computer, installed ledger live, I confirm seeing the 3 algorand wallets
  3. I reinstalled the Android Algorand Wallet, everything is fresh
  4. I pair it with the nano x, but only see one account

How come I only see one account when there are 3?

Ledger live: https://i.imgur.com/rhN4Qo2.png (3 accounts)
Android Algorwand Wallet: https://i.imgur.com/CXkInZb.png (only 1 account - 2 missing)

You need to tell it to add an account again from the ledger. It’ll find the next one as I recall (each time).

Update: I’ve just tested the Algorand Wallet on an IOS device and the result is the same

Each time I do it, it keeps on showing that one single account. It can’t find the other accounts.

My process:
“+” top Right > Add Account > Pair Ledger Device > Search For Ledger > Connect to Nano X > 1 Account Found (The same ID as the first one) > check > Verify Selected Account > Nano X: Approve Address > Add Verified Account

Repeat repeat repeat, only shows that 1 account from the Nano X

To my knowledge, the official Algorand Wallet only supports a single Ledger Nano X account. Please provide feedback https://algorandwallet.com/contact-us to ask for support of more than one account.

[Edit] The official Algorand Wallet now supports multiple Ledger accounts.

It does support multiple wallets – there’s a bug with my setup. In touch with algorandwallet.com support.
