Run Algorand Node on Microsoft Windows

Does Algorand provide support to run the Algorand node on the windows machine?

I don’t think it is officially supported, but to my knowledge there are two ways of doing it:

  1. Use Docker with an Ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04 LTS image
  2. Use Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) with an Ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04 image
