Hello, I’m Adri, AF’s Governance Program Manager. I’ve been in the Algorand Ecosystem since 2019, when I hosted Silvio Micali and Steve Kokinos during their first tour down under, right after Algorand’s mainnet launch. I started working with the Foundation as a Community Champion in March 2021 and joined full-time as Head of Community for Australia in April 2022. Taking the helm of the Governance Program in November 2022.

Originally from Rio, I live in Sydney and have been in crypto since 2013. I have a background in web development and digital marketing and used to host a podcast called the Blockchain Pro Podcast.

I’ve been a board member of Blockchain Australia, our local industry association, a member of the Australian National Blockchain Roadmap working group, and have hosted over 200 crypto meetups.

My areas of interest are new coordination mechanisms using blockchain tech and anything related to social and financial inclusion.
