Bluethooth connection error after updating the Ledger Nano-X firmware to 2.0.0

Here is a summary, what to do, after updating the Ledger Nano-X firmware to 2.0.0

Ledger Nano-X device:

  • enter Control Center by pressing both buttons
  • select “Settings”, select “Security”, select “Reset Pairings”
  • switch off Ledger Nano-X, then switch on
  • open Algorand app

Algorand Wallet app:

  • Accounts + | Add Account
  • Pair Ledger Device | Search for Ledger
    “Connecting to Ledger”
    if it gets to infinite loop: exit app, and try again
  • check account(s)
  • press “Verify Selected Account”
  • on Ledger Nano-X: Approve Address
  • Add verified Account
