Inner Transactions Question

Can I create an atomic transaction using the new inner transactions Teal v5? Meaning where a group of transactions are submitted as a unit and all transactions in the batch either pass or fail.

Inner transactions in TEAL 5 either all execute succesfully or make the parent TEAL application fail.
In other words, if you have a group of normal transactions that themselves create inner transactions, everything is atomic: either all the normal transactions and inner transactions get executed, or none of them are executed.

Note however that the inner transactions do not have the group ID field set.
Since only payment and asset transfers are currently supported, this is not a problem.
