Cannot create an asset

Hello I would like to create an asset in testnet but I get failed to send transaction: HTTP 400. error. How can I solve this problem? Here are my logs:

The error is:

invalid : asset transaction not supported

This error happens when your node is not synced.
You need to get your node fully synced.
You can use fast catchup if your node is not archival:

This couldn’t solve my problem unfortunately but when I run

goal node status ,

I see

But I am running my code in testnet. Does that can cause the problem?
