No, fast catchup only works for non-archival nodes.

Hi,

What is the difference between fast catchup and running a node in archival mode to load all the Algorand data of 1TB?
If we make the node as non-archival and only run a fast catchup, will this setting help all the Algorand data of 1TB to be loaded in our disk?

Running fast catchup on an archival node may create issues.
This is not supported.

If you do not need an archival node, then you can use fast catchup.
However note that in that case you will only have access to the 1000 last blocks.
A non-archival node only requires 15GB or so today.
