So I was looking forward in becoming a governor, been with the Algorand ecosystem since the beginning. Although I can’t seem to send the zero amount of algos and find where I would send a note as well. I’m using a ledger nano x, as far as I know everything is updated. Is the ledger live wallet compatible or would I need to move the algos out?

Ledger Live does not allow you to send transactions with note field.
So you cannot participate directly from there.
The simplest solution is to use another wallet. Note that since your Algos are on a Ledger Nano, any wallet that supports Ledger should show your wallet for you. Examples include the official Algorand Wallet (https://algorandwallet.com/) and MyAlgoWallet (https://wallet.myalgo.com).
