Is it possible to set the Android wallet to TestNet? There doesn’t seem to be an option. Is there another way to access a testnet account on mobile?

Currently testnet is not enabled on mobile. That may change, but not as it stands now. What exactly are you trying to do with mobile account and testnet?

I am developing new assets and the opt-in transaction is a bit of an onboarding hurdle, so I am testing how things work and how easy it would be to fund new users’ wallets.
Also, I have no ALGO and no way of easily obtaining them, so I’m bound to the testnet.
You can use myalgo.com that supports betanet and testnet.
I am using Wallet Android, on a Blackberry and it seems to work great!
