An Update on Vesting Suspension

Given the depth and breadth of ideas submitted by the relay node runner community and the importance of carefully considering and ultimately recommending a comprehensive vesting solution, more time is needed to assess and finalize a solution. A proposal has been submitted to extend the vesting by a further 30 days to facilitate the completion of assessment and finalization stage. The proposal has been reviewed by the node community and has received sufficient support for the proposal to be put to a vote. The voting period will begin at or around Sunday October 27th at 23.59 SGT and last until Wednesday, October 30th at 23.59 SGT. The Foundation will update the community on the outcome of the vote in due course.
