Hey I’m not a dev but looking to build on Algorand a new form of NFT. does anyone know of anyone building nfts on this blockchain?

You can store the file data on IPFS, e.g. use the https://www.pinata.cloud which is free up to 1 GB/moth, then costs 0.15 USD for every GB/month. There are other possibilities, e.g. use Amazon AWS, use Google etc.
