Coinlist $ALGO deposits/withdrawals

Hello team. Here is the problem I have in Algorand network. I sent my funds via algorand from Binance to Coinlist. Transaction was completed but ALGO tokens didnt come to Coinlist. I wrote to their support but nothing happend (no answer). More than 3 days ago and Im in stress now. Please, help me to solve this issue. Don`t know where to write - all the doors are closed.
