Is the no limit app creation on mainnet?

According to the last recent news, the limitation of 10 app created per account was remove (great point)

unfortunately, I remove from my dapp the security to check that, and when I test it I have still have the issue after 10 applications created.

Does this means it is not on mainnet for now?

It will be as soon as the new consensus takes place, that is at round 20122111 on MainNet
