Looking for Reliable Validators for Algorand Staking

Hello everyone,
I want to participate in staking on Algorand, but unfortunately, I don’t meet the minimum requirement of 30,000 ALGO for the Governance program. Because of this, I’m considering using Validators instead.

I’m unsure which ones are reliable and whether the Algorand Foundation recommends any. Does anyone have experience or suggestions for secure and high-performing Validators?

I’d appreciate any advice or feedback from the community.

Thanks in advance!

I’ll just hang around here if that’s alright. I’ve got the same question.

Also if there is a way to evaluate if a validator is reliable or not and based on what factors.

Thank you!

Hi,

Where are you located. I am a validator node and have excellent uptime on a M1 Mac Mini.

I have a liquidity pool on Reti where you could stake your Algo.

Are you comfortable using reti?
https://reti.nodely.io/

I’ve been running a participation node for several years and have opened up a new cloud hosted node under the bajo.algo reti pool. The entry and fee are both very low. I’ll be adding more of my personal stake to the reti pool after this governance period, so we should expect to get more blocks.

I’m not sure who is hosting reti.app.
The official URL is https://reti.nodely.io/

Reti’s dashboard will be updated soon to show indicators for Validator performance (voting/proposing). I’d use that combined w/ APRs that will be shown soon (and which can vary a bit due to block rewards being highly variable due to block fees - and longevity of the pool).
