Error occur while send ASA from My Account to Another Account

Hi All,
I’m tried to send ASA(Algorand Standard Asset) using Algosigner from My Account to Another Account.
But I got this error.

Transaction failed with the following error:
{“message”: “TransactionPool.Remember: transaction 3LSCL3BTNGCUA7X637LJIGGZXN5ENSQ3OEOOFDSJEGGUWSZWEUXQ: asset missing from address”}

The address you want to send your ASA must first opt in to that ASA. Also, it must have 0.1 Algo min + 0.1 Algo for every opted in ASA.

In the standart wallet, +Add new asset, then search by asset ID.
