I sent some Algo from my ledger live to my Coinomi account, it’s been several days now and its not showing up. all the addresses are correct. my ledger account shows the transaction is completed. however, nothing is showing up in my coinomi account. ive tried the BIP39 to Algorand Mnemonic thing by downloading the offline version. all that seem to do was just create me another wallet that i added to a new pera wallet account. so how can i recover my algo. also at the moment algoexplorer.io site seems to be down.

i have not heard about coinomi, but if you trust them, i suggest opening the issue with their support… seems to me from your post that you moved algos from your ledger to them and its their fault they do not show you the balance
Algoexplorer went down somehting like year ago… Use the https://allo.info/ explorer or https://explorer.perawallet.app/ or AlgoKit - lora
Btw dont trust this scams with the “Algorand Help” scam links or some direct posts on the forum.

If it the transaction is showing in any explorer as done and successful and showing the coinomi receiving address as the receiver, then time to contact coinomi support. The explorer is a confirmation for the transaction.
