Is there a maximum size for the noteb64 field in goal clerk

Hi there,

Not sure whether this is the right place to post this question, but I’ll try my luck.

My attention was drawn by Ignacio Hagopian (https://medium.com/@jsign.uy/algochat-a-public-chat-on-algorand-testnet-f59bb2d15417) that the command goal clerk has a flag -noteb64 that apparently can hold arbitrary data. My question is how many bytes can I send per message? Is there a maximum? If so can I increase it in the SDK for example?
