As the GP11 voting session opened about 11 hours ago, we received multiple reports that the votes are not registering in the governance portal.
We identified that the block watcher had stalled around the time the voting session begun. The service was restarted soon after and transactions will be updated on the governance API and front-end once the watcher service catches up to the the chain.
What does it mean for voters?
Make sure you have your on-chain transaction by checking your wallet’s transaction history.
That is the ONLY thing you need to prove you voted.
On Monday, our team will check the logs to ensure we that all voting transactions have been captured.

PS: this does not affect xGov voting session 4 ending on Monday.
