I held my algo tokens on wallet.myalgo.com and no longer have access due to website shutting down. Are my tokens lost now? Anyway to retrieve them?

You should have received and recorded a 25-word passphrase when you created your account in MyAlgo. That phrase can be used to restore the account to any other Algorand wallet.

My problem is that when I add my 25-word seed phrase to another Algorand wallet (Pera Wallet), it assigns me another address that does not resemble the original (the one in MyAlgoWallet) and my assets do not appear in that new address. What can I do in this case?

Did you have multiple accounts at MyAlgo? Multiple seeds and your recovered the other one?
Perhaps you did not write the order of words correctly… But it is quite low probability that wrong word order would lead to successful recovery as the 25th word is the checksum word. But feel free to try to transpone the word… like write 25 words in columns and then try to recover it by lines…
