What are Market Strategy and Research roles in the foundation?

There are two market specific roles in the foundation:

  • Head of Markets Strategy
  • Head of Market Analytics & Research

I’m wondering about the responsibility, purpose and scope of these roles. For example,

  • What goals do they pursue or what data, documents or results do they produce?

  • What does a typical daily work look like?

  • How is the success of these roles measured?

It would be great if someone from the foundation responds to these questions.
